Woohoo! We're finally going back to Nova Scotia for two shows only (and two family weddings!) at the end of August.
You can see us perform at the Al Whittle Theatre in Wolfville on Friday Sept 2 or at the King's Theatre in Annapolis Royal on Saturday Sept 3.

Curtis and I will be travelling to Nova Scotia (via VIA Rail's Artist on Board program!) in mid-February to perform some shows in honour of Valentine's Day. These will generally be a selection of classic love songs from a variety of sources, with the exception of the Carleton show which will be exclusively the music of famed french chanteuse Édith Piaf.

If you happen to be travelling on VIA Rail's the OCEAN this February, you can catch our performances on Feb 6, 7 and 17.

Bonjour!  This update is to announce two upcoming concert dates in Nova Scotia

Curtis and I will only be doing two more performances in Nova Scotia this year (2018).  These will be held Aug 3 and Aug 4 at the Duckworth Real Estate's Kingsburg Summer Concert Series and the Pugwash Peace Hall respectively.  We have been fortunate enough to be asked to make a return appearance in Kingsburg this summer and having performed as part of the series last summer I can assure you that this is a lovely venue!! On August 4 we will be part of a new summer music series held at the Peace Hall in Pugwash.

Curtis Thorpe and I are releasing a CD in early June! We will be doing 2 Release shows in Nova Scotia, the Al Whittle Theatre in Wolfville on June 9 and The Carleton in Halifax on June 12. Sign up for my newsletter to get updates as more shows are added!

Curtis Thorpe and I will be in Nova Scotia this February to do a few shows for Valentine's Day.  The first two shows listed below will be a selection of love songs from several genres/continents.  The show at the Carleton will be full on Édith Piaf (see video sample below). The Piaf & Brel show will be coming to Antigonish, Nova Scotia this Saturday Sept 9, brought to you by the Antigonish Performing Arts Series!  The show takes place at 8pm at Immaculata Hall, and tickets are available at the door for $20.

This Friday the 8th, Nasr and Thorpe will be performing a jazz, soul and world music repertoire at St. George's Channel Hall in Cape Breton!  With opening act Tim LaBorie and the Fabulous Bard Boys!  Admission by donation at the door.  Show starts at 7pm.
